Customer Transformations: May 4–8

To help usher in the month of May, we’re bringing you another weekly installment of our favorite customer transformations. These remodelers shared their success with us on our Before and After site, and they deserve a shoutout here as well. We’re glad they chose our products, and they say they are too! Without further ado, here are this week’s top customer transformations!

Glen Raymond – Hamden, CT

beforeafter-38The Raymonds didn’t hate their kitchen, but it it didn’t thrill them either. “Our kitchen was OK before,” Glen told us. “We just thought it needed updating.” That’s where our handscraped engineered hardwood came in, even inspiring an elegant change in the cabinetry and furnishings. Congrats on the upgrade, Glen: Your setup just went from mediocre to modern.

Bill Atkinson – Murrieta, CA

As many aspiring remodelers know, stairs can seem like a difficult undertaking. But these close-ups from the Atkinson home show what an impression an upgrade can make on anyone who’s walking up them. Bill approached his job with some trepidation, but his Vintner’s Reserve Laminate was well worth the effort. “The results are amazing once it’s completed,” he told us. Couldn’t agree more, Bill!

Roman Vega – Carson, CA

While Roman’s old floor had the color of carpet (lifeless off-white, anyone?), it was actually old tile with a plasticized surface. Not too comfortable underfoot… or impressive when hosting guests. Thankfully, our Acacia laminate changed all that. “I love my new living room,” Roman told us. We’re happy to help!

Michael Hogan – Runnemede, NJ

White tile in a kitchen? Not likely to turn heads. For a more forward-thinking look, the Hogans relied upon our African Mahogany Click Vinyl for a cost-effective injection of character. Its tones reflect the lightened cabinetry above, and make this kitchen a great place to cook.

David Shosh – Bethlehem, PA

We love David’s remodel because of the way his Red Oak hardwood complements the rustic brick finishes of his home. Plus, the tile he replaced was one of the more… interesting floors we’ve ever seen. “This floor is beautiful and very simple to install,” he wrote to us. “Thanks to the people at Lumber Liquidators – they are very knowledgeable and nice people to deal with. My floor is beautiful – thanks again!”

On that note of gratitude, we appreciate all our remodeling heroes! For more great before and after pictures from customers, or to post your own, just hit the Before and After link in the header above.
