Redid living room. Removed carpet and tile. Installed this floor over a two day weekend. Was very easy. With no problems. Even had my 13 year old son and 16 year old son helping. And had almost no scrap. If you follow the guide on how to install.
Service and delivery comments:
Service at Vero beach store was great. For the second time. We explain what we wanted. And sales help with every detail. And showed us a lot of verity.
Purchased this flooring for a home that I recently flipped at a great price and it gave the home the right amount of wow factor. Received so many compliments from potential buyers and realtors. Contractor installed with no problem. We installed in family room, kitchen and hallways.
Service and delivery comments:
This product was in stock so we were able to pick up and install right when we needed it.
used in sun room
John at LIq Lum was fantastic. Cordial and very professional.
This was my first experience with laminate flooring. We laid this over an old wood floor in most of the house and are quite happy with the result. I was too gentle with the product on installation for part of the job though, and may wind up re-doing it. Be sure to give assertive love taps using a load spreading board with a hammer to make the boards meet tightly and securely. We wound up with gaps where some boards worked their way loose after a few days. The second part of the project looks fantastic as I gained a little more confidence that I was not going to break the boards by tapping on them a bit harder. So, be assertive with installation and all should go well. My wife and I are thrilled with the way it looks. Also, I would recommend using only one padding layer. We added a quietwalk underlayment on the main floor in addition to the padding bonded to the flooring and while it does the job nicely, The floor is warm and very quiet, we used to hear everything all over the house from the living room and now can't hear a thing when people move about. That part is great! the floor feels almost 'gushy' to walk on. Its not uncomfortable, but its not what I expected to feel from a wood floor. We did another project with only one layer of padding and its much more solid feeling.
Product looks great installed
Had minimal problems installing this floor. Would recommend to anyone. With 3 kids and a dog, floor is holding up very well.
Laminate looks awesome, i really love the look. However it's completely water intolerant, it soaks water immediately, seams get swollen even on minor water spills. That does not happen on my laminate upstairs.
It is good for bedroom. Moisture resistance core promised by manufacturer is not true.
The product is not user friendly and does not click together as easy as it is supposed to. The little cardboard edge is broken off very easily which is supposed to hold it together.
We both like the flooring we chose but we are experiencing some installation problems with the planks connecting/locking together properly. I am in the process of re-installing flooring and taking the problem planks out of the rotation.

Q:what is the weight per box for laminate flooring with backing
A:This product: Weight per box/unit: 19.14 LBS
Q:I am disabled and use a office chair with 5 wheels to get around my home. I push with my legs but am 330lbs. It is so important to be sure that this floor will withstand this type of movement. I'm afraid if it is too soft it will buckle and possibly rip. I've had vinyl flooring put down and it buckled and tore within a few days. If you have another suggestion as to the type that may work better please feel free to suggest one.
A:For your application I would not recommend any type of "floating" floor.
Q:Does this product have bevelled edges? It looks like it does in the image but can't be sure.
A:Yes it does!
Q:I have a floor covered with nvp 10 mm. #10022371 . would the nvp 10 mm. #10022372 be a close enough match, as I need about 8 cases more to do an adjacent area and the 10022371 is obsolete.
A:I would recommend visiting your local Lumber Liquidators to look at the actual sample (take home samples are free) or order a sample to make sure this is the right product for you.
Q:Is this product manufactured in the United State or in China?
A:This flooring is Made in USA and all our floors are safe. We abide by CARB regulations. See - http://www.lumberliquidators.com/sustainability/health-and-safety/?
Q:Is the product, "NVP Madison River Elm 10MM", SKU 10022372/10MR/1282, made in China and subject to the recent formaldehyde concern?
A:Yes this is a product of the United States .
Q:The pre-attached pad is subpar compared to the 12mm products with pre-attached pads. Is it acceptable to put a layer of padding under this to improve the sound deadening and help as a vapor barrier?
A:Yes you can.
Q:Will this flooring withstand a water spill?
A:Spills and water damage are localized and are out of the control of a manufacturer. This is often seen as puffy areas along the edge of the planks and frequently crosses between plank edges. This is a site related condition and not a product issue and is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Q:Will this hold up with someone using a power wheel chair?
A:Yes. Being in a power wheelchair myself, you contacted the right guy. Higher warranty laminates will hold up well, my Mom's and Sister's homes can attest to that. I have a solid 3/4" naildown Bellawood floor in my home and it is excellent. Between the chair and two big dogs it's doing very well. Laminate is less expensive but can't be refinished. Engineered flooring can also be a good choice if you go with a higher warranted floor such as Schon or Bellawood Engineered. As far as species, your best choice is something harder than red oak including "strand" bamboo. Note: lighter flooring hides blemishes easier than dark which show everything. See-
Q:We are thinking about purchasing this flooring to put in our basement living room. We would have it professionally installed. I am wanting to know if there is any way I can seal the entire floor in a similar fashion to sealing hardwood floors. I am thinking this will seal the joins, chips and protect the flooring further? Or maybe seal just the seams?
