Great basement flooring

By LR_Bedford

from Bedford, NH

We chose this floor for our finished basement for ease of keeping clean & to give us a more expensive look. It looks great, but we found it scratches pretty easily, just moving furniture into the room immediately after installation we caused some scratches.

It is super easy to keep clean -- just vacuum & swiffer wet-jet & we're done!

Service and delivery comments:

Both the local Lumber Liquidators store & the installers were GREAT!
The store helped us choose the best product and the installers were prompt and cleaned up nicely both at the end of the first day and at the end of the 2-day installation.

I love our new kitchen floor!

Pros

  • Easy to install
  • Looks like real hardwood

Cons

    Best Uses

We just installed a new 4mm Rio Rosewood LVP floor in our kitchen and absolutely love it. It was easy to install and we were done in one weekend, working 2 half days. Most of our time was spent removing the old floor. It looks and feels great. We couldn't be happier. So far we have no down side about this floor.

      Service and delivery comments:

We bought the flooring at the store. The salesperson and the loader were both very kind and helpful.

          Beautiful Flooring

          By First Timer

          from Lexington, KY

I think it would have been helpful if the pieces came pre-cut. It would have made for a much quicker job. There should at least be that option.

Do you know how many different patterns used with this product. As how many different board patterns. I do not want a floor that has a lot of replicated patterns. I currently have a laminate that I got from Lumber Liquidators and have never really noticed any replication in it. I have seen some laminates lately that I do notice the replication in.

                  A:

This flooring can be installed with or without rolled underlayment. For extra sound proofing and insulation use the TRANQUILITY LVT underlayment. Only 4mm or thicker products can be floated over the Tranquility underlayment. (see Tranquility underlayment installation guide). These high quality underlayments best support the joints while ensuring superior thermal and sound reduction qualities and is highly recommended for condominium associations, project planners and building specifiers. Using an improper underlayment pad can cause seam separation.
