Howling Woods Farm is an animal shelter in Jackson, NJ that rescues and places domestic bred wolves, wolfdog hybrids and northern breeds. The shelter’s mission is to rescue animals, provide education on these special breeds and find homes for the animals which align with the high standards of the shelter. Howling Woods Farm received a vinyl wood plank product for the shelter this fall!
Disabled American Veterans (DAV) is the longest-lasting veterans’ advocacy and assistance group in the U.S. The group is dedicated to empowering veterans to lead high-quality lives with respect and dignity. This is accomplished through a full range of benefits. Chapter 39 located in Bristol, TN received hardwood flooring for a local project!
Founded in Georgia in 1976, Habitat for Humanity (HFH) operates around the world to help build, renovate and repair more than 600,000 affordable homes for more than 3 million people. Habitat for Humanity Middle Keys and Habitat for Humanity Champaign are two branches of the worldwide nonprofit which received flooring donations for local projects this fall. HFH believes every man, woman and child deserves to have a simple, safe and affordable home.
Since 2007 Re:Vision International has worked with hundreds of families in Denver to transform food deserts into vibrant community-led food centers. The mission of this organization is to develop resident leaders, cultivate community food systems and grow self-sufficient economies. Empowerment and perseverance are just two of their many core values to support the local communities. The received vinyl wood plank for a project in the area.
In addition to these organizations, monetary donations were made to Comfort Zone Camp in Glen Allen, VA; Darkhorse Lodge in Paris, TN; Vera House in Syracuse, NY; Mother Brook Arts & Community Center in Dedham, MA; and King of Glory School in Williamsburg, VA.
