Nice look and good surface, But a little hard to get started in the first few rows, Take your time and get it started correct and it will be a great floor, I especially likr the water resistant feature of the vinyl back.

Take the time and expense to put a good underlayment and you will get a great room.

My husband and I installed the product ourselves in our basement. We used an underlay which makes the floor much quieter than it would be otherwise. Installation took a couple of days to complete and was frustrating at times. If you're not working with a simple rectangle and perfectly straight walls, it is not as easy as the website makes it seem. Now that the floor is down, it looks great and was worth all the effort.

I bought this flooring for the main rooms of a rental townhouse. It was more sturdy than other flooring from other dealers and a little more expensive. After a short learning curve, it was installed with no problems. The guys helping with it loved it and they've installed many types of flooring. The 50 year warranty gives me a lot of confidence that this will be perfect. I love the look and it feels warmer than most laminates I've seen in the past.

We purchased the 4mm Pioneer Park Sycamore vinyl planks for our basement renovation and could not be happier. I was very nervous about purchasing this flooring over the internet without seeing it up close, but we were not disappointed. The flooring went down easy (we installed it ourselves)and it looks great. It is also very easy to clean. It could easily be mistaken for laminate. I would definitely recommend this.

We installed this in a kitchen for a customer. The product arrived in good condition and was easy to install. Previously used products were thicker, and we are concerned about the product's long-term durability; but for now the floor looks great. Especially helpful in the kitchen is the water-resistant nature of the vinyl product. We also installed it to steps and used the low profile stair nosing, which was quite useful. The floor is quiet to walk on, and seems to have a more cushioned effect than a traditional laminate.

We want to replace laminates in two rooms now that we have layed this gorgeous flooring. We are so pleased with durability of flooring and the good looks. Not some thin pliable flooring but very sturdy hard-wood looking. So easy to clean with four dogs and living in the country. It was so easy to install. I honestly can't think of a "con" for this flooring.

This product promises to be durable, and is a good choice for a basement. I had good underlay put under the flooring to make it nicer to walk on. The floor really looks like wood, and is very attractive.

Hello, I am going to be installing new IKEA kitchen cabinets with new granite counter tops (which will be very heavy), but have not installed the 4mm Pioneer Park Sycamore Click Resilient Vinyl yet.

Can I install the planks first, and then the cabinets and granite on top? I believe ikea cabinets rest on legs, covered by kick panels. Can the floating floor withstand this, or will the cabinets be too heavy and/or close to the wall? Or do i need to install the cabinets on the sub floor first and then vinyl around it?

                                            Thank you!

Would like to install in basement, over concrete. One room is for an oak pool table that has a slate top. It is very heavy. Will this cause flooring to pop apart, buckle or crack?

Shouldn't be an issue if you use proper floor protectors to help distribute the weight and allow for free expansion away from the table.

This flooring can stand the weight, however it must be distributed evenly. Use floor protection felt pads and/or caster cups to prevent denting.

When I read the installation guide it says it's tongue and groove and there is no glue. Which is correct? Is this product tongue and groove/floating or glued down? Is it water proof????
