My Floor was Damaged in Transit!

My floor was damaged in transit.  What do I do?

Often when the outside of the box is damaged, much - if not all - of the flooring is still usable.  This may vary depending on the product.  Trucking companies, as a rule, require the recipient to note product damage on the delivery receipt when the product is delivered.  If you did this, click on "Contact Us" to submit your name, freight bill number, the nature of the damage, and a phone number where you can be reached during the day.  A Customer Care Representative will contact you within 24 - 48 hours (Monday through Friday) If you did not make this notation, compensation may not be available.  If you need additional product to complete your installation, please take the end label from a box to your local store so that they can attempt to locate matching product for you.  If you ordered online, call 800-366-4204 to speak to a Customer Care Representative who will assist you. Please have your label information handy when you call.
