The Delivery Driver Damaged my Property
The delivery driver damaged my property. What do I do?
1. If your order was delivered by a common carrier (Fed-Ex, UPS, etc.), please contact them directly.
2. If your order was delivered by a Lumber Liquidators' truck, please contact your local store where your order was placed and fulfilled. You can also contact our Customer Care Department at 800-366-4204. We may ask for photos of the damage as part of the investigative process.
