Congratulations on your Hardwood floor purchase!  We appreciate your business.

We are sorry to hear of the issues you experienced with your cleaning products. For speedy resolution please contact the manufacturer of the cleaning product you used for their warranty or removal advice.

There are a multitude of cleaning products not all are appropriate for cleaning wood floors. Typical household cleaners like Windex, ammonia, dish detergents and soaps have strong chemicals and can attack the finish causing dulling, clouding, streaking of the finish and promote finish-peeling. If this is the case with your floor it's recommended to contact a floor care/cleaning specialist in your local area that can see both the cleaner that was used and the condition of the floor. They can make the best onsite recommendation to restore the original hardwood shine.

Lumber Liquidators recommends the Bellawood floor care kit ideal for UV cured finishes. The Bellawood floor cleaner was designed to be neutral ph and therefore appropriate for daily cleaning without degrading the finish or creating a buildup
